Terms and conditions for using the Solvien Mira platform.
1. Provision of Service and Legal Acceptance
By accessing the Solvien Mira Platform ("Service", "Platform" or "System"), regardless of whether you have completed the registration process, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted this Terms of Service document. If you do not accept these terms of use in whole or in part, you must immediately cease using the platform services.
2. Account Activation and Account Security
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all personal or institutional information entered during account creation on the platform is accurate and up-to-date. It is entirely your responsibility to protect your passwords and session information and not share them with others. You must immediately notify us via email at info@solvien.net of any unauthorized access that occurs without your permission or appears suspicious.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
The service may only be used to produce data, research or professional analysis in accordance with ethical rules and laws. Running bot applications that intentionally overload our server network, producing software to copy the platform's core structure, or conducting cyber intrusions that damage the system is strictly and completely prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property and Copyright
The interface designs (UI/UX), artificial intelligence models, brand identity, software algorithms and all source code structures owned by the Solvien Mira platform are registered and protected in the name of Yasin Polat by copyright laws. No part of the service content may be distributed, quoted, or used directly in competing commercial enterprises without the written permission of authorized persons.
5. Legal Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our artificial intelligence models are systems that produce results based on data processing statistics, but do not directly guarantee that the answers given reflect 100% scientific or absolute truths. It is at the user's own initiative to seek support from an expert when making medical, legal or strategically critical financial decisions. We cannot be held financially or legally responsible for any business and reputational losses that may arise due to possible temporary server maintenance or data outages.
6. Revision and Update Conditions
Due to the development processes of the platform, newly enacted legal regulations and system needs, Yasin Polat reserves the right to make unilateral changes or reorganize this Terms of Service page without any prior prominent announcement. Anyone who continues to use the page is deemed to have accepted the entirety of this updated version in advance.
